1. Your source and rights

Creators must be 18 or older. Submit only recordings you control or are authorized to test, with accurate AI, lyric-authorship and voice declarations. First100 stores submitted audio privately, presents it to assigned listeners, and calculates or publishes results according to your visibility choices. You retain ownership of your recording.

2. Recording versions and public links

The blind panel uses immutable uploaded audio versions. Replacing the audio requires a new version and test. The separate Quick Signal flow uses public Suno links and cannot guarantee that a third-party recording remains available or unchanged. Public-link signals and blind-panel scores remain separate.

3. Signal Credits

Signal Credits are free, noncash participation units. They cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn or converted into earnings. They can be gifted within the published account and rolling-period limits. Every earning, campaign spend, gift, refund, reversal and adjustment creates a ledger record. Campaign cancellation refunds the unused review allocation. Payments, paid memberships and cash withdrawals are inactive.

4. Review conduct

Reviews must reflect the assigned exact recording. No self-review, duplicate account use, bots, reciprocal rings, copied feedback, targeted reviewers, coercion, or attempts to buy or trade a favorable result. Rewards never depend on positivity.

5. Scores and confidence

First100 publishes exact methodology labels, samples, exclusions, and limitations. Scores reflect the available valid cohort, not universal artistic quality or future commercial success. Method changes create new snapshots and do not silently rewrite history.

6. Integrity actions

First100 may rate-limit, quarantine, exclude, reinstate, reverse credits or score contributions, pause sources, and suspend accounts when evidence warrants it. Uncertain cases are quarantined before deletion and may be appealed.

7. Availability

Third-party source playback, authentication, transcription, and platform limits can fail or change. First100 will label unavailable capabilities honestly and provide a fallback when practical, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

8. Independence

First100 is independent from, unaffiliated with, and not endorsed by Suno. “Suno” identifies the source platform only.
